The challenging projects can at least force you to learn something.

Cons

As a project manager of Home Genius Exteriors, I constantly felt crushed under unbearable pressure. The demands here are absolutely insane because management expects employees to sacrifice everything. The workplace is filled with nonstop stress caused by overwhelming workloads and brutally unrealistic deadlines.

Highly enthusiastic top management. Lots of good people. Very successful business model.

Cons

Sacrificing work life balance as commitment to the company does not result in reciprocal commitment to employee. Nepotism rampant, particularly for those with College Works experience.
