High Energy, But Direction Was All Over the Place

You're constantly active and engaged in work.

Cons

Everything felt urgent all the time, but not necessarily important in a meaningful way... like you're busy nonstop, but not always sure if what you're doing actually matters long-term. Priorities would shift mid-way through projects, sometimes without explanation, so you'd adjust, redo things, then adjust again. And it kept happening. You'd think you finally understood the direction, then suddenly it changes again... which makes it hard to stay focused or improve anything. It just turns into reacting instead of actually building something solid.

It’s a good opportunity if you like being involved in different parts of the business. I like the variety and the degree of independence I have. Staying focused and motivated has become much easier for me. Overall, it's an energetic and fun environment where fresh ideas are welcome.

Many hours on your feet — not for people who prefer desk work.
