      The biggest liars were those in management!!

      Bonuses depending on performance and achievements.

      Cons

      People were dishonest and the biggest liars were those in management!! They talk about giving you $30 as your hourly rate, but I only got half of it! The lies don’t even end there! We were even made to constantly lie to customers when it would benefit the company!

      Management shows favoritism The threaten to take bonus a lot No PTO and they use it to their advantage Don’t pay enough No SOP for anything Not a real job as they are just make stuff up as they go

      Pros

      fast money... a job, some good workers, but due to the toxic environment a lot of drama!

      Cons

      Growth & promotions are based on favoritism and friendships rather than merit. Management offers little to no real support, and in my experience, has even gone as far as bullying staff, withholding pay, and forcing longer hours. Even after I quit, I’ve heard that I’m still being talked about negatively by leadership to different companies, which is disturbing considering I was one of their top performers. Attempting to damage someone's reputation after they’ve moved on speaks volumes about the culture and maturity of the management team. Beware before joining!
