Down side. I have to work a Sat. All the techs take turns on , on call Sats. If you only have service calls for that day, you don't get paid anything. If you do a few new starts, yes, you get paid, but very minimal wages. I worked 6 hrs on a Sat, drove 140+ miles and only got paid $50.00. The other tech worked 4 hrs, did 2 service calls and didn't get paid anything. There seems to be a problem. Who is making $$. Maybe an overtime lawyer needs advised.
