      Pros

      People First is the motto. The thinking is, take care of your people and they will take care of the business. You are treated as a friend in the business, not a number. Our branch was very much a part of my "family".

      Cons

      I worked some long hours but that was my decision. Seems like we had more work than the staff I was allowed to have could handle.

      Pros

      I couldn't sing the praises enough of the opportunity I was afforded while I was at CTX/HTS. We were allowed to earn as much as our efforts would allow.

      Cons

      While I was there, we had a crazy degree of turnover and the new faces were always retooling our compensation plan. By the time I'd left, I had run out of desires to 'break-in' yet another manager. I've heard they have gotten worlds more stable. So, don't let that be a deterrent.

      Pros

      Benefits are standard, however with them being based out of State in Georgia, the medical and short-term benefits are paid out at a much lower rate for employees based in CA.

      Cons

      Company's Direction and Mgmt. has changed drastically over the last few years. Favoritism is definitely alive and well, but if your doing your best, then that's all that matters. Just know your limits, and how much you're willing to take. Final HUGE CON is that my salary decreased over the years instead of increasing...which was my cue to exit ASAP.
