      Great company to start with

      Pros

      The company give you great training. They offer you a lot of information, resources, and training for you learn pest control. The equipment they use is newer for the most part.

      Cons

      Management had no real leash. They are left to do as they please and generally don't care about the employee such as trying to provide sufficient time off for surgery.

      its ok the compensation is good for the industry. Manage was there to help me. Other than that not much else. overall its an ok company.

      Cons

      long work hours. expensive as heck benefits. customers are a pain in the rear. the list goes on
