You are treated with dignity and are required to do the same with your employees. Many companies describe themselves as "people first." HomeTeam preaches it. As a General Manager, I'm given everything I need to be successful and to run my operation successfully. And I'm given a lot of independence regarding decision making. It's also called being treated like an adult. On top of this, the resources available through our parent company, Rollins, are amazing. If you have the opportunity to join us, take it!
Cons
It's still the pest industry and there are folks that look down on that for whatever reason. I've been in the industry for over 20 years and I've learned to ignore that attitude. It's certainly not a reason to pass up an opportunity to join us.
