Pros
Every manager I have worked for truly wanted the best for me. Didn’t always see eye to eye but easy to talk to and find resolution. Great pay plan for the industry. Best lead generation in the industry. I came from another pest control company and this one far exceeds what I knew previously in every way. I also have 3 friends from other pest control companies that I have recruited since starting here and we are all still here. Served on engagement squad in branch and management continues to use many of our ideas.
Cons
Benefits are good but could improve. They offer everything out there but you have to pay for what you choose. The driving policy is strict but understandable.
