Company puts a lot of time and money into developing their employees. A lot of promotions from within. In my branch alone all but one supervisor or manager was promoted from within. Lots of benefits beyond just medical, like an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, a scholarship program for children of employees, the list goes on. Great people and a great place to go everyday.

Cons

Don’t work here if you don’t want to do the best job that you can and don’t want to learn and become better.
