HomeTeam is strongly committed to challenging its frontline employees to be successful. They take the feedback received from both the the internal and external customer seriously and try to develop action plans to improve based on that feedback. Pay and bonus structure is fair. Very strong company with a long future ahead of itself, and one you can definitely develop yourself with.

Cons

A lot of meticulous documentation and reports so much over analyzing, keep it simple! Medical insurance is not the best.

Pros

Very good pay, benefits,company truck and phone. You get to manage your own work, also if want to be a tech that comes in once or twice a week to get product you can do that. Management is very good in both branches I have been too, room for promotion and the company wants to promote from within, if your willing to move you can basically go anywhere.

Cons

Branches are different each one you go to, but I don't really find this a con because each branch just changes a few things. The only really thing is the training program for pest tech isn't good enough in my opinion.
