Culture shift put a negative impact in the Texas Region

Pros

When I started it was people focused. It was a great place to work, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Great culture, and great benefits while working with people that enjoy doing what they do.

Cons

Unfortunately, when the new Texas Region VP took over in 2022, the culture grew into a negative one. So much so, that a large number of great leaders left the company (including front line managers and General Managers).
