Pros

The merchandise is great and so are the prices. They do like to promote from within. Family like atmosphere.

Cons

ALWAYS understaffed and underpaid for the amount of work. The five years I worked there we never had enough people which was very stressful. Customers treat the store horribly so it's difficult to keep up with clean up. They also send a lot of merchandise so there's never room for merch.

Pros

its busy if you like to keep day moving, thats about it

Cons

no training provided, you have to figure it out yourself, force employees to do upper level job duties without the pay, management uses employees as scape goats for their own indiscretions, failure to provide hours minimal for position. Employees who have almost daily commit acts supposedly grounds for termination but yet allowed to continue.and lose your best ones
