Pros

Great co-workers even if there are age differences, very fun and lively. There is also a discount which could be used at the sister stores, TJMAXX and Marshalls. Great chance to improve customer service skills.

Cons

Rude management and customers. Very pushy on the cards, always hovering over employees and making it tough to engage with customers. Every 5-minute reminder of the benefits of the program provided by the company. You are on your feet and you do need to do some lifting.

Pros

Plentiful opportunities for promotions and growth and throughout company as a whole. Flexibility with scheduling Above minimum wage Great Management Employee discount through entire TJX stores Ability to work at different locations

Cons

Can be dramatic within the coworkers but is avoidable. Lots of call offs on short notice and if management tends to take advantage of you if they're aware you are flexible and hardworking. When even slightly understaffed you will be asked to do things that can make it almost impossible to complete your own work, even though you will be expected to regardless of circumstances.
