Managers don't seem to rotate every few months like other companies

Cons

there's no group atmosphere, not the best at retaining talent. Squeezing the dollar out of every employee, over working while underpaying isn't the recipe for success.

People oriented, heavily involved in the community. Growth from within achievable. Lots of team building activities. Paid overtime for weekend shifts.

Cons

Accountability at management level. Still witnessing growing pains that affect onboarding of new managers, no clear cut expectations. Will be fixed in time.
