Pros

With many new merchandise coming off the truck daily, you'll see many different pieces that is hardly the same. The TJX company takes pride in their employees. Taking a couple business trips per year to further your training in a career that's always changing is nice.

Cons

Sometimes stressful Quotas to meet

Pros

Customers were very friendly most of the time.

Cons

Horrible store managers. Horrible hours, sometimes 4 hours per week. Really dirty and dusty environment. Lack of communication between managers and staff. Unrealistic expectations of a couple of teenagers working for minimum wage. They hire and fire people really quickly and there will always be a few trainees around the store. They treat the employees they have terribly and have absolutely no problem replacing them with someone who has no idea what they are getting themselves into.
