Pros

The store is always busy so time goes fast. The Scheduling is very flexible. Perfect for a students or mom's with challenging availability.

Cons

Due to payroll budget, often not enough people working to cover entire store so as a result customers get annoyed.

Not Great, Not Horrible

Pros

Friendly Co-workers for the most part. Various shifts for custom schedules. Employee discounts.

Cons

Constantly on feet, no matter what you are doing. Communication between management and staff is baffling to say the least. Personally, I felt like they all had "favorites" and just flat out did not care about some others so they turned up their noses.

Pros

If you're looking for a summer job where you are active throughout the shift, this is the place to be. Also, my coworkers and management staff were easy to get along with.

Cons

Hours given to new hires can be odd and later in the day.
