Pros

Great associates to work with. Flexible scheduling. Okay discount but also at TJMAXX and Marshall's. 401k plan is good once you qualify

Cons

Very physical work demanded constantly. Pay is ridiculous. Management needs to listen to their employees. Most ppl there for a paycheck, not a career. Positive comments would go far. Corporate needs to respond to their employees when concerns are raised.never happens

Pros

Payed holidays, fair benefits, great associates.

Cons

Too much stress for coordinators and key holders and not enough pay. Always short of staff. The do not appreciate or acknowledge the hard work of the associates they do have.
