Pros

I like interacting with the customers and the employees. Also every now and then management will provide food

Cons

The salary sucks and some customers are very nasty. No benefits, and small employee discount

Pros

the coworkers are nice, some will become your mentors the job is steady if you are full time full time benefits are decent

Cons

having worked here for more than 3 years, I started out loving my work and now I have grown to hate it. The coordinators complaining about how their departments are always screwed up, a manager who hates your work and changes it constantly, it's become just a job. high turnover, if in a standalone store, payroll is super tight new hires wont get trained; I wasn't trained when I was promoted to coordinator, you just learn as you go. HR really is a joke
