Pros

Over time you meet good people ..

Cons

As for E.C coordinators ... if you change into the green apron for this a timed requirement. If you ring while your in this green apron. You will be fired or potentially fired. Its a set up and you are constantly being watched to see if doing anything incorrect. I wouldn't recommend this E.C Coordinator position to anyone. Dont except if the position is offered. Beware of the two faced back stabbing store manager

Pros

I liked what the store sold, stocking was always something different. The other employees were great to work with. Management was friendly.

Cons

Full time was not available at the time I was working there. The hours were very few and every day of the week.

Pros

If your looking for a company to grow with Home Goods is great. Just be focus on your path to advance within the company and not get involved in the drama and you'll do fine.

Cons

They are not always consistent in the recruiting process, it's hard to fine good quality people out there in the work force.
