Pros

Learned a lot about working in a fast paced environment and the discount at all three stores was nice. I enjoyed merchandising my areas and was able to use my creativity to display to a point. The people I worked with were really nice.

Cons

Hours, pay, & not very well organized. Worked harder than I was paid. Lots of big moves and changes so you are always moving merchandise around. Understaffed a lot of the time and the turnover rate was high.
