Pros

Great hours, above minimum wage pay, and family oriented environment, meet new people and provide help. Discount was ok, 10% off.

Cons

Management was terrible and very disrespectful. No compensation for signing customers up for the Rewards Card.

Pros

Coworkers were nice no experience needed hire students/minors

Cons

-managers don't back you up with customers when you follow company guidelines. For example, when a customer wants a discount, but nothing is wrong with the item. You are forced to call up a manager then the managers proceeds to give the discount after arguing briefly with the customer about the existence of any damage
