Pros

More than not your fellow employees are nice.

Cons

The management team in Peoria, AZ talk to you in a degrading manner. They comment on your clothes and in general "superior" attitude. The store lost 9 employees in five months that I work there because of that treatment. The pay is horrible and they never have enough staff. They won't give you more than a 3 hr. shift....Never praised just told what you do wrong.

Pros

people and managers are friendly.

Cons

The place is so disorganized and messy. half my time when I am building furniture, I am wandering around looking for the right tools. One of the worst working condition store I have ever worked in. One of the assistant managers loves to micro manage other people as if she is training them for the first time, very annoying as it wastes my work time.

Pros

As A coordinator the Creative outlet is endless there are know specific plans for the layout of merchandise so you do all the decision making. Although there is a lack of communication and involvement within our store for myself this has given me the freedom to really take over and merchandise not only my departments but the rest of the stores as well.

Cons

The salary I would have to say is the biggest problem and then the limited hours for full time. Decent workers who need to make a living can not survive on 30 hours at those salaries. In order to get quality people you need to pay them and the manager salaries are decent but they should get concentrate more on taking care of coordinators or teaching managers how to work and train properly.
