Pros

When i started at this company i enjoyed every minute i had to spend in the store. You get to use your creativity to make the store look stunning and keep customers satisfied. Your coworkers become a family and support each other in so many ways. This is a great way to stay active and keep you on your feet.

Cons

The store is extremely political so everyone seems to step on each other's toes at some point. Once you master one task they continue to train you in every other department regardless of whether or not you want to. Ex: if you apply to be a cashier eventually you will be trained to carry furniture, do markdowns, process in receiving, etc. They get the most out of you with very little compensation. It seems like the higher ups in the company don't really care about their workers and only worry about making as much money as they can while paying their workers as little as possible.

Pros

Nice staff & Mgt. Scheduling is slightly flexible. Very busy, so shifts fly by.

Cons

Compensation is not on par with what other companies are offering. Can be very hectic. Not enough staff. Lots of expectations from Management and Corporate. Too many political ideologies leaching into the workplace.
