Pros

You make a good income and have decent time off but you have to work there for a while prior to acquiring it

Cons

You are forced to unload trucks as a manager sometime lifting things by yourself. Not a safe work environment knew of multiple injury that managers endured while working here

Pros

Not enough pros anymore as a tenured Manager

Cons

Not enough talented support to effectively manage high volume stores at height of snowbird season in Southwest Florida. Overworked and unappreciated as a Management staff by senior executives above store level.

Pros

The only pro is a flexible schedule

Cons

This company does not appreciate their employees. The pay is an insult. All they care about is opening credit cards. The cashiers don't even receive a bonus or commission for selling the card. The managers who don't do anything receive a bonus if the quota is met.
