Pros

the pay health insurance benefits

Cons

A Very big disconnect between home-office and how the stores really work. A requirement to be full time status is to have an open schedule, however the part timers work full time hours alot. Constant anxiety with making sure the cashiers are asking every customer every time for cc goal. Being MOD and running the back room but having mutually exclusive functions and goals.
