Pros

Easy job. I worked in the back room mindlessly opening boxes taking out merchandise. I was a student who wanted a schedule with a lot of free time and spending money and this worked.

Cons

Taken too seriously. When we didnt open something like 60 boxes in an hour we got yelled at even though the store was always overflowing with goods. if you got on the wrong persons bad side it was a problem.

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent, but that’s about it

Cons

Upper management in my district (Dallas) is an absolute joke. The manager turn over rate is higher than any company I’ve ever been with, and he’s not asking why that’s happening or what he could do better. The expectations do not align with the payroll are allotted. Associate pay is awful, it’s hard to hire anyone outside of high school. Work life balance was awful. Schedule changes weekly without being asked, and you are bothered consistently on your days off.
