Pros

good benefits; they took care of their full-time employees during quarantine.

Cons

horrible pay for so much work; you are pushed to work beyond your physical and mental limit; they want you to work even if you have covid or are sick; company is full of misogynists and racists

Pros

Wages are competitive for general sales associate roles (although the job description does not cover all that you end up doing)

Cons

Guys have to do more lifting and new recruits are worked way too hard You are expected to convince people to open up TJX credit cards and failing to do so will prevent you from getting raises Raises are usually only upwards of 50 cents more per hour (I didn’t get one despite working harder than others that did) I received no training besides 30 minutes of infovideos that didn’t explain much Management does not seem to communicate well

Pros

Sometimes there are flexible hours

Cons

Poor management, the managers keep changing the managers cut your hours if you don’t get tjx cards. Little concern for students, when you let them know what hours you have school they overlap the times and punish you for not being there on time
