Pros

Fellow Co-workers are always helpful, tasks are simple to complete and follow, and overall fun but safe work environment.

Cons

Hours. As of now on, hours are being cut even more. Most Associates get one to two days of work, resulting in new Associates to leave within the first two weeks. Management needs to be desperately improve in terms of communication. To save everybody's time, it's not worth working at the Homegoods in Downey. There are better opportunities out there.
