Store is always very busy, and there is basically too much product at any given time. Also, pay could be better

SUPER pushy with credit cards making you basically slam it down customers' throats until they are uncomfortable or get mad at you. And you get no commission/reward for opening a card. Management can suck really really bad sometimes and it's like a master/servant role. Hard physical damaging work for the very minimum of pay. Customers are very rude I've had multiple people scream to my face because I can't return something that was used (like a used fork or plate). Customers treat the store like slobs it's disgusting and you will have to clean, pick up, and reorganize everything constantly. The stores are usually not pet friendly unless it's a service animal but people won't care and their dogs will pee on the floor and then you have to clean it up.
