Pros

Co-workers were good people (most of the time)

Cons

They haven't had a store manager since September of 2023 and it shows. It causes the two assistant managers to be grasping at straws for help. The store constantly felt like it was in a state of panic if you didn't take a step back. Also, the pay is not worth it.

Pros

Flexible work schedule Provides snacks Plenty of positions open

Cons

If you're part time, you most likely won't get all the hours you want, and you'll get your hours cut first. They provide food but the quality/quantity depends on the manager. Some managers view food as an unnecessary cost and will only fill it when the district manager is coming in for a scheduled tour of your store. Managers will delegate manager-specific tasks to associates. Associates are expected to pick up the trash and slack the managers drop, with our without clear communication
