Pros
Good overall retail job experience when it comes to customer service and learning ins and outs of retail work environment
Cons
Confused and unsupportive management, too many contradicting opinions over same policy. Leads to confusion and no clear sense of direction. At the end of the day they don’t care about how you feel or how much you are overworked and underpaid they only care about how many credit applications you produce. Even when you do well with Tjx applications you’re gonna be expected to do more and more every single day. No way to move up in the company in any real way.
