Pros

Decent health insurance is availablr to full-time employees after a trial period in the company.

Cons

Zero training but very little tolerance for error in employees’ work Poor management that shows no interest in employee success and does not know how to run a store Little to no background checks, meaning you may work with some unprofessional people Very high productivity expected, but zero appreciation given for meeting the expectation

Pros

Homegoods is a great company to grow with. Working hard is acknowledged and as long as employees take direction, they will be rewarded. A great place to learn operations and gain business acumen. A fun place to work for creative minds.

Cons

Corporate and district managers have high expectations for high volume and clean stores. Schedule budgets and employee wage needs to increase to see higher output.
