Pros

Benefits Company ideals Hard-working store teams Growing company Opportunities for advancement Customers love shopping in the stroes

Cons

The company is unable to be competitive with its hourly wage People in the stores work hard. Managers must fill in the tasks that associates cannot, due to lack of staff and must complete their jobs within a 45-hour workweek.

Pros

It was a good learning experience, I worked as a seasonal associate and it really disciplined me to be on task and work under pressure during the holiday season.

Cons

I felt there was a level of favoritism and some snarky comments I got from a manager/ other associate who was above me.

Cons

management team is horrible they promise promotions or you moving up but they never give it to you, people who want to be on the sales floor are cashiers and vice versa everyone seemed very unhappy you would work really hoards on displays and entire aisles and they would still not even blink an eye
