Pros

Great benefits, plus the union cares for your well-being. This is the most I have made at a job which didn't require a degree. Incentive pay means the better and faster you work, the more money you make each week (weekly pay). Opportunities for overtime.

Cons

The work can be monotonous, slinging boxes or doing paperwork..putting stickers on packages. Ten minute breaks? The building is huge; it takes six minutes to walk to where my food is and then back to my work station.
