Pros

Clientele is very nice, staff and management are personable. Overall, good vibes. The merchandise is fun to work with. If the hours weren’t so terrible, it could be a great job.

Cons

Some very important information was left out at the job interview. I stressed I wanted a part time position as I had other obligations. They gave me a part time job... but it’s 5 days a week! The hours and pay might be part time, but the commitment is full time. I haven’t had time for anything else since I started working there. I’m completely burned out. They also told me we may have to work a little later due to holiday hours, but said NOTHING about coming in at 7am. The woman who hired me told me it was a great company, then quit herself a few days later. I think she left out important info because she just needed to hire another warm body. Because of Covid we are required to fill out an online survey. If we have any of the symptoms listed, we are instructed to stay home. I had three symptoms... head ache, fatigue and body aches. When I called my manager, she asked me if I had a fever and encouraged me to take the survey again and pretend as if I didn’t have any symptoms and come to work. I have only worked at this location for three weeks. On my days off I sleep all day and do not have energy for anything else.
