Pros

I think the community is the only reason to want to stay the people are truly amazing. Only other pro is you get 10% off everything

Cons

There are a lot management is a huge issue most don’t know what exactly they are doing and they push you to get cards but with no real reward

Pros

Flexible scheduling, friendly coworkers, good pay

Cons

Our store manager practically does nothing, coordinator are relied on too heavily to do jobs above their pay grade, sales associates are expected to do whatever pleases the customer (which is not always right when it comes to price checks)
