      One bad manager ruins everything.

      Pros

      Great store inventory, so physically it's a pleasant work environment. Fellow employees are a mixed bag, and some of them are very nice to be around.

      Cons

      Store management lacks professionalism. Certain employees are allowed to act as managers due only to seniority (there is a high turnover as usual in retail) and there become senior employees because they are so limited i skills that they have no alternative but to work full time, forever, in retail.

      Cons

      Managers are expected to get everything done and the store perfect with no payroll. Be realistic or offer more payroll.
