Pros

Some customers very friendly and appreciative, other employees friendly.

Cons

Stress overload, constantly told urgency to flow merchandise and clean out unsafe back room. Situation never changes, constant pressure and not enough budget for payroll. Corporate and management care more about customers then employees. Customers are taken at their word and employees are not. 3 employees on workers compensation in one month.

Pros

Working with the associates and customers was something I enjoyed. Merchandising the store was complicated at times but fun.

Cons

Upper management did not offer assistant to the store level in times of need.
