Pros

Greta company to work for. Private owned, so it’s more customer service focused based, which is good. Make friends, make good money, have fun.

Cons

Being in the security industry your name is everything. They don’t advertise on Tv or radio on through their builder partnerships they get to consumers. It can be tough selling home security at times with that being said.

The job itself is actually really nice, fun even. Coworkers can be fun. The employer-paid lunches once in a while are nice.

Cons

No communication Company wide. Denial of Raises even when management approved of it. Management strung out too thin, too busy to listen. Management is very old school in sales techniques. Turn Over rate is climbing. The changing of expected work without compensation is odd.
