Expect you to work 6 days or 7 days straight with only one day off in between You have to wait till the end of the week to see what shifts your doing next week You would get asked to stay long after you've already done a 9 hour shift If working late shift you are not let out on time until everything is finsihed They expect you to do tasks within 10 or 15 minutes which is just not possible if your one person You are then asked to maintain various departments and merchandise everything and tidy all by yourself You are basically doing 4 people's job in one all for little amount of money No progression unless you suck up to management and make your life all about homesense and come in on your days off
