Cons

Expecting to put away your department tanks while getting called to help out on the front line, taking care of customers and doing displays and changing shelves at the same time.Never enough staff in your department or other departments. During our huddle time we were belittled about not smiling or going out of way to make the customers happy while the managers and co-ordinaters had no smiles or customer serves themselves. Back stabbing and gossiping staff.

- Discount - Easy to commute to - Some members of management team listen.

Cons

- Unsociable hours - Long shifts - Bad shift patterns - Management like to guilt associates into shifts. - Complete lack of organisation - Management expect too much. - Unwillingness to hire new staff to alleviate pressure in certain departments.
