Pros

Homeserve has the nicest culture I’ve ever worked in. People are genuinely friendly, approachable, and happy to be here, it doesn’t feel forced or corporate, just a genuinely positive environment. There’s a real sense that everyone wants to do right by the customer, which makes the work feel purposeful. The benefits are also very competitive and thoughtfully put together.

Cons

One of the side effects of such a great culture is that people stay for a long time; which speaks volumes, but can also limit progression opportunities since roles don’t open up often. There’s also a bit of “group think” at times; the company could benefit from looking outside more often for fresh perspectives and industry best practices.
