Great focus on growth and new initiatives Strong engagement from CEO and Exec on diversity, equity and inclusion Great DE&I programme, with a dedicated 'head of' and various groups that anyone can get involved in Clear strategy and direction Room to grow personally and professionally Great opportunities to progress internally Hybrid working

The systems are a little outdated but management know this and are working to bring in better options
