Pros

Benefits are great, the directors are always approachable and will happily sit/chat with regular staff, the site is fantastic and easily accessible, lots of opportunities if you are willing to work for them

Cons

Trying to get a salary review is hard, as they benchmark roles which doesn't take into account any additional duties or when you go over and above your role

Pros

There is a real focus on Customers and staff following the FCA investigation. It is clear that the company recognised their failings and have embraced a new way of working. The products have undergone massive upgrades and 90% of the senior team were replaced. CustomerFirst is a really empowering programme.

Cons

Improvements for the staff are further behind than those put in place for Customers. The IT system is being improved but for now is lacking.

Pros

1. Secure employment long-term if you fit in well with the company's ethos. 2. The company values training and development in many job functions. 3. Cares about a happy workforce, rewarding employees with various employee incentives.

Cons

1.Not being sexist at all, there are far too many female managers/directors. This needs to be improved male/female ratio. 2. A lot of managers viewed as bums on seats here, no formal qualifications. 3. The company sometimes fails to recognise talent. It's slightly lost in terms of recruiting friends internally.
