Pros

It's a paycheck, that's about all. Some of your co-workers are good, nice individuals. Yet that is likely true of almost anywhere. I can't think of any positives that would make this a desirable place to build a future.

Cons

Expect nothing because that is what you will get and that is what you'll be. You are not valued, you will not be valued, you a just there to do a job. Avoid the union like the plague, it is a money trap, they do nothing for you. They tell you this that and the other thing, but the proof is in the pudding trust me. Also if you do join your in for 1 year no exception. Just give away $40 a month out of minimum wage. Don't say you weren't warned! In essence this should be a 6 month or less bridge to a different job, nothing more.
