Pros

The management is great, the training is in depth, and they genuinely seem to care about their employees. They recognize birthdays and holidays, have great opportunities for employees (contests, meetings, resources, ect.), and reward people for working hard at their job.

Cons

Only the usual downsides that come with dealing with consumers. Angry, frustrating customers, the random computer issue, ect.

Fragmented, dishonest business with no vision.

Pros

Ok hours. If you sell a lot they don't care what you say or do.

Cons

Zero respect for clients and employees needs and concerns. Dishonest, pushy sales techniques. Over priced, underperforming products that lack any real innovation. Overall slimy environment.

Pros

Homes.com is a pretty amazing organization. The culture is great, the people (leadership & staff) are awesome, and the opportunities are endless. The company is experiencing lots of growth and undergoing several changes (positive changes), opening lots of doors for its employees. Furthermore, the leadership works to show appreciation of their employees, which I believe helps keep the morale as high as it is. It's definitely a place anyone would love to work for.

Cons

While this isn't much of a con, it isn't a pro either-while the company grows things will change, and one must accept that these changes are to better the company and be prepared for the learning curve that accompanies such changes.
