Pros

The people, the every changing and creative world of online and mobile development, the growth opportunities in online advertising and software services. Positioned for growth and investing in promotion the playing field is wide open for the top players to flourish and achieve personal career growth.

Cons

No stock options, distractions from integrating past acquisitions, other than that anything else is fairly meaningless in the grand scheme of a work place.

Pros

A good way to get into the IT industry and do your time. Some of the managers are great.

Cons

Salary not competitive, lack luster benefits, office space is crowded, little to no room for advancement

Pros

The opportunity to grow in a "start-up" environment. Your honesty and hard work will be eventually recognized.

Cons

None that I can think of. Like any new(er) company, Homes.com will eventually settle on it's internal culture and protocol. This is not to be viewed as a negative however. It's simply a young company still growing and finding it's success in the marketplace.
