Pros

Homes.com is part of a larger and greater company. Leader in industry.

Cons

Management is horrible. Talk down and lie to employees. The only people that get promoted are friends of Managers. They constantly change your compensation plan making it harder and harder for sales people to make a decent living. Lack of appreciation for hard work and loyalty.

Pros

Good culture that rewards ideas and innovation. Hard work is noticed and appreciated. Very flexible work schedule, and a generally fun work environment (at least in our office). Senior management is very interested in employee feedback and satisfaction.

Cons

Compensation is fair but not overly generous. Low turnover rate (a good thing!) can seem to limit promotion opportunities. Occasional prioritization issues with projects.
