Pros

This is a great company to work for if-you like a challenge, if you love to learn, if you want to make a ton of money, if you like a team run by people with integrity (Andy Stearns and Melissa Mischaud, Wendy Miller and Brian), If you can get very clear on what you can control and can't control and focus on the former etc you will be just fine. There are some really smart and passionate people here and if you don't mind working hard this can be a very rewarding job,

Cons

Occasionally the product breaks and it's really embarrassing to face real estate agents after they are told they can't get something we promised we have for them.

Pros

When I interviewed with homes.com I felt, wow this seems like a cool place to work. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk through those front doors. This is a place for endless opportunity, they give you the tools to be successful and it all on you to reach your goal. The are with you every step of the way. I've worked for big companies like Geico, The Hartford, Wawanesa and I can honestly say I felt WAY more at home with Homes.com. They don't change who you are, but enhance who you are. The trainers Erin, Justin and Chris are top notch and really honest and down to earth people. I know I made the right choice.

Cons

The traffic leaving work is always crazy packed. I wish everyone could have a 7am-3:30pm shift.

This is great to hear. I love the energy in our San Diego office as well! Thanks for the feedback on the shifts. It can be a challenge as we try to balance employee convenience with the hours needed to reach our prospects when its most convenient for them. We've gotten better at offering flexibility and will continue to explore options. Thanks also for the feedback regarding managers interacting with our newer employees. I'll be sure to pass that along. Great stuff!
