Pros

Coming into this job with very little experience, I wasn’t sure how it was going to play out. Although the first months were tough and had me questioning what I was doing a lot, I have never felt more welcomed and supported at a job. The management and employees here are more like friends and family than co-workers. The extensive training and help from managers, experienced employees, and my training class made the growth in this job so much easier, and help is still always there when you need it. Their open door policy throughout the whole office and their appreciation for each employee makes coming into work and being here each day far more enjoyable. If you put in the work, it will pay off and the company and managers reward you as well. There’s a lot good about this company but I think the best aspect is how you truly feel apart of the companies success, and how the whole office and even corporate is connected with each employee. Can’t beat the energy and culture in this office.

Cons

The cold calling can beat you up here and there, and no doubt it can get in your head. Just take that support that’s always there from management and every employee here.

Pros

Customer Service Management 3-4 years ago. Relaxed office environment. Commission available for Customer Service roles (even on the low side).

Cons

Customer Service Management now (2019). The feeling of constant paranoia because management will day one thing and then do the opposite and force you into a hole.

Pros

Great work environment, everyone works together, awesome benefits, management is very helpful and motivating, cultural club with fun events, garage parking, competitive vacation time and holiday time off, secure workplace, and a fun company to be a part of

Cons

None that I see!
